STATE-OF-THE-ART INFRASTRUCTURE

We have a complete Duplex Board manufacturing plant (which uses completely Recycled Paper), situated on 50 acres of land close to the major business city, Morbi, of the country. The plant comprises two paper machines.

When Tirthaks was just established in the earlier stages, all the machines installed were up to the mark and of the latest technology. But with time, as modifications were demanded to match and stay ahead of peers, necessary replacements and relevant investments were put up.

So, now the newly established mills are all up with MG cylinders and size press technology. More complexity in terms of formers are observable in the latest technologies. Also, the use of hi-con pulpers and drive system rebuilds has adequately supplied the company's needs. To reduce water wastage, an ETP system is used, which operates on 0 liquid discharge. By utilizing the waste produced in the country, paper mills switch to recycling-based companies and reduce environmental loss. Kudos!
