Tirthak Paper Mill Pvt. Ltd., established in 2006 at Morbi, Gujarat is a part of Tirthak Group also involved in the business of BOPP film.

Mr. Kirit Patel founder and promoter of the group is a visionary industrialist & President of Morbi Paper Mills Association for the last eight years.

We are currently involved in the business manufacturing Duplex Board with an extensive range of products by processing recycled waste paper with a production capacity of 1,80,000 MT per annum.

Due to Better Service, Good Quality and production capacity, our company has been considered as the most preferred supplier to printing and packaging industries in the domestic market as well as in export business our duplex board is successfully competing in the international markets. We are exporting our finished products like Duplex Board, Kraft Paper, Pulp paper to Srilanka, China, Africa, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Gulf Countries etc.

The Pioneers of Duplex in Morbi

It all began with the first kraft mill set up by Tirthaks in 1995. Acclaimed as the first mill in Saurashtra, kraft production for the company was smooth. Things were running normally when in 2006, the officials decided to set up another unit to produce duplex boards. And this change was significant.

The original duplex production was just 100 TPD, but it boosted up to 150 TPD in mere six months.

Because the demand for duplex boards was very high and Tirthaks were the sole manufacturers then.

The product gained much positive response from buyers. The demand increased, forcing the company to install another machine to settle the pending orders. Within three years, a combined capacity of 300 TPD became an inspiration for others to invest in duplex production. In 2015, the directors decided to shut their kraft mill and operate purely with the duplex board manufacturing.
